My partner got into a bit of trouble with the law. It wasn’t his fault, he was just involved with the wrong people. Anyway, since then, a bunch of evidence has come up and we also need to send important information between the lawyers. We were having a really hard time finding appropriate packaging for the information and the evidence, that was until I had a brilliant idea.
You see, I used to work in a confectionery company factory and I was on an assembly line packaging the sweets. The packaging was really good. It was very bright and eye catching. I thought that I would definitely purchase these products if I saw them on the shelf- except I had no money for luxuries like lollies and chocolates at that time.
Anyway, it occurred to me that I could call the food packaging companies in Australia and ask them if they provide the appropriate evidence bags and special packaging for important documentation. so I called up the company and the lady on the phone was really nice about it all. She explained everything to me. They can only supply them in bulk because they don’t deal with consumers, usually they only provide packaging for factories, manufacturers and government agencies who will buy a lot. However she offered me a special deal because my circumstances were so unique.
I got a hold of some tamper evident sealed bags for the evidence and documents. They’re great because they can indicate if the contents have been damaged by water, heat or other chemical substances. I don’t know how they invented the technology, seems pretty incredible to me. The lawyer was also impressed with the packaging because she wrote me an email afterwards asking me where I got everything from. Apparently some crime units use the same ones so you know that they’re top of the line.
